Terms of Use

Updated 7 October 2026.

This application is a personal freezer inventory tool. You retain control of your data and decide whether to enable optional family synchronization through Firebase.

Food dates

Dates and reminders are entered by you. The application cannot assess food safety, temperature history or suitability for consumption. Use your own judgment and appropriate food-storage guidance.

Data and family access

Maintain exports of important data. Browser storage, network services and synchronization can be unavailable. You are responsible for sharing family invitations only with intended people and selecting view or edit permissions. Anyone receiving an invitation code can join with its permissions.

Family changes

Connected devices receive changes in real time. Offline changes wait on the device and are sent when a connection returns. Simultaneous quantity changes are combined; simultaneous changes to the same text field may use the later operation. Family owner access is tied to the owner device identity.

Availability and removal

The application is provided as available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or preservation of data. You may stop using it, revoke family invitations and remove your data at any time. A confirmed local reset affects this browser, not the remote family database or legacy Google spreadsheets.
